I am so unbelievably fortunate to have clients like Kelsey and Sam. These are the people who make me love what I do. We knew going into this Ventura engagement session that there was the possibility of rain, so the entire week leading up to it, we would text back and forth, checking up on the weather status. It didn’t matter though, we were gonna shoot regardless and needless to say, I wound up extremely happy with the rainy scene! Kelsey and Sam made my job easy – it just felt like we were all hanging out and I just happened to have a camera in my hands. These two have the dynamic where you just know they were meant for each other. We ended the engagement session in downtown Ventura on Main Street… I LOVE main street! It’s very similar to Santa Barbara and has a ton of great backdrops and good vibes! It goes to show that rain or shine, we embraced it and made it work! These are actually some of my favorite photos thus far. I can’t wait until for Kelsey and Sam to tie the knot at the beautiful Gerry Ranch this upcoming August!
