A couple of weeks ago, I had the honor of photographing Allie and Dallas’ wedding in Camarillo. I feel especially lucky to have been a part of this couple’s big day, as Dallas, who’s in the Military, almost didn’t make it back in time for the wedding! He kept getting delayed and put on different planes, but thankfully, he finally made it and got to marry the woman of his dreams. I couldn’t have been happier to have been there to capture it all!
Originally meeting online, Allie and Dallas’ first time hanging out was spent at Disneyland, where they spent a magical night together and instantly fell in love. With Dallas being in the Military, they knew it would be hard, but head over heels for each other, they were willing to make it work, no matter what. Ever since, this young Military couple has spent the majority of their relationship long distance, overseas, relying on tons of phone calls and Skype sessions. Now over the moon to be husband and wife, Allie and Dallas have already moved to Spain, where he is stationed and they will live for the next few years.
Allie and Dallas, goodbye to long distance and hello to life and adventure as newlyweds abroad, I wish you both the best! Thank you for letting me be a part of your celebration and send-off! And Dallas, thank you for your service!
